Setup Surfaces & Space
We set up on grass fields (preferred — we anchor with stakes), gym floors, asphalt, and concrete (we use sandbags for hard surfaces). Each inflatable needs one standard 110v outlet within about 50 feet. No nearby outlet? We rent generators ($106) to keep everything running. Most school fields have plenty of room — our crew knows how to lay out multiple inflatables for optimal traffic flow between stations.
Station Rotation Tips
The best-run field days use timed station rotations — typically 10–15 minutes per station with a whistle or air horn to signal rotation. This keeps every grade moving and prevents bottlenecks. We recommend assigning parent volunteers or teachers to each inflatable station. Our crew handles setup and teardown, but adult supervision at each station during the event is required for safety.
Weekday Pricing Advantage
School field days happen on weekdays — and that works in your favor. Weekday availability is much better than weekends, and we offer our "3 Days for the Price of 1" weekday special (Monday–Wednesday or Tuesday–Thursday) on many items.
